AGM Information and Minutes
The Trust holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each summer. The meeting is open to all members of the Trust who are advised of the date, time and venue of the meeting well in advance. The AGM takes reports from the Chair and Secretary and reviews the annual accounts. An open debate involving members usually follows.
